| The HDF5 Data can be loaded with Paraview, by opening fs3d.xmf which contains the data structure.
The VISUS PLIC Plugin https://github.com/UniStuttgart-VISUS/tpf can be used for reproducing the pictures from the final report.
Each tar.gz file contains the following files:
- fs3d.xmf Timeline of the hdf files, can be loaded to paraview with Standard Paraview Readers (tested for Paraview 5.8.1), contains the data structure, i.e. the timeline associated to the pictures
- fun3XXXX.hdf Volume fraction of first liquid phase (G50) in picture XXXX
- funsXXXX.hdf Volume fractions of second liquid phase (SOM5) in picture XXXX
- n3phXXXX.hdf Interface orientation of second liquid phase in picture XXXX
- netz_xyz.hdf Grid corner points (i.e. for Paraview)
- initialization_data.txt Information on the initialized droplets (Radius, Velocity, Properties, Domain). Here,
f always indicates the second liquid, f3 the first liquid, fc the gaseous continuous phase (like in FS3D Software). G50 is associated with liquid 1 (f3) and SOM5 with liquid 2 (f). For an overview, the content of these files is also given below.
