The User may modify the terms of this Agreement at any time. Any modifications apply only to downloads made after the modification date. No change applies retroactively to previous downloads.
III. Licensing and Classification of Repository Contents
The contents of this repository are published under two different licenses, depending on the type of material. To avoid ambiguity, the files are classified below as either data/documentation or code/executable workflow files.
1. Data and Documentation (CC BY 4.0)
The following files and folders are classified as data and documentation and are licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0):
Case Study Graphs and Queries/*.ttl: RDF/Turtle case-study knowledge graphs and linked data files.
Ontologies/**/*.ttl: OWL/Turtle ontology files, including the Timber Building Ontology (TBO), the Timber Fabrication Ontology (TFO), the TBO-TFO bridge module, alignment modules, and reasoning axioms.
Rhino and Grasshopper/Material datasets/*.csv: CSV material property datasets.
Rhino and Grasshopper/3D_BuildingModel.3dm: Rhino 3D model / geometric model data.

Users may copy, redistribute, transform, and build upon these data and documentation materials provided that proper attribution and citation are given.
2. Code and Executable Workflow Files (MIT License)
The following files are classified as code, executable workflow files, or executable query scripts and are licensed under the MIT License:
Rhino and Grasshopper/Rhino_Geometry_toRDF_fullBuilding.gh: Grasshopper visual programming workflow used to generate RDF from the Rhino geometry/model.
Case Study Graphs and Queries/Queries/Query Examples.txt: SPARQL query scripts for querying the RDF graphs.

3. Third-Party Dependencies (Not Included)
This dataset may reference external software, libraries, ontologies, standards, or tools required for viewing, processing, reasoning, modelling, or execution, including:
- Rhino/Grasshopper
- RDF processing tools
- SPARQL query engines
- Ontology editors and reasoners
These third-party tools and dependencies are not distributed with this dataset and must be obtained separately under their respective licenses.
IV. Use of the Materials
Permitted use includes, but is not limited to:
- Accessing and viewing the Materials
- Reproducing the case study and related workflows
- Comparing results with other datasets or methods
- Adapting and extending the provided ontologies, datasets, queries, models, workflows, or code
- Using the data in further publications and research
- Integrating the Materials into workflows or systems
A. Representations
The Downloader represents that:
- They are not bound by any legal restrictions preventing use of these Materials;
- They will not use the Materials in any way that violates applicable laws;
- They understand the difference between the CC BY 4.0 portions and the MIT License portions of the Materials;
- They accept responsibility for checking external dependencies when reproducing workflows, code execution, query execution, or tool-specific processes.
B. Restrictions
Downloaders may not:
- Misrepresent the origin or authorship of this work;
- Remove copyright, attribution, citation, or license notices from the Materials;
- Redistribute third-party software, libraries, tools, or platforms as if they were included in this dataset;
