<p>Measured was the absorption for the reaction from pyruvate to acetolactate. The measurements were conducted for six different pH values (in the range from pH 5 to pH8). For each of these measurements, a different Spreadsheet was created.</p>This dataset includes the analysis of the enzyme kinetics at pH 7 for a demonstration of the workflow. The analysis can be reproduced by using the notebook attached to this dataset. In addition, the remaining pH studies were attached as spreadsheets, which can be converted using the <a href="https://enzymeml.sloppy.zone/#/EnzymeML%20spreadsheet/convert_template_template_convert_post">PyEnzyme REST-API</a>.
