Abstract:

<p>Code and data for the publication "Diagnosis of model errors with a sliding time-window Bayesian analysis" in Journal Water Resource Research (preprint https://arxiv.org/abs/2107.09399) . The folder "tau_plot" includes the files and data to generate the tBME analysis plots for Case 1, Case 2, Case 3, and real data Case as shown in the publication.</p> <p>It includes seven *.m files. Download this folder and open the main function "c_plot3.m". To generate the analysis, run main function "c_plot3.m".</p> <p>The folder "cal_tBME" contains a function file "a_calWeights_4.m" and the data used in the publication. The data include Ensemble (model output from HYDRUS) for 271 days and ensemble size 906504, and four observation datasets. The function "a_calWeights_4.m" gives output of tBME. </p>
