Dumux source to produce some of the result in T. Koch, K. Weishaupt, J. Müller, B. Weigand, R.Helmig (2021) A (dual) network model for heat transfer in porous media, Transport in Porous Media <a href="https://doi.org/10.1007/s11242-021-01602-5">doi: 10.1007/s11242-021-01602-5</a>. The contained applications allow to perform dual network simulations, 3D upscale simulations of the stationary heat conduction equation for a unit cell and wavy-channel simulations of conjugate heat transfer. It also contains the necessary grid files. The archive <strong>docker_image_koch2021a.tar</strong> corresponds to the docker image. This dataset also contains all necessary files to startup the corresponding docker container. |

<p>This is a so-called dune module that requires installation of some other dune modules and the module dumux. The installation script 'install_dumux-dualnetwork.sh' contains the dependencies in the correct version. For the instructions to build and execute the applications, one may check <strong>Installation</strong> and <strong>Execution and Reproduction</strong> sections in the <strong>README.md</strong> .</p> <p>Another way to reproduce the results is to startup a corresponding docker container. After downloading the archive <strong>docker_image_koch2021a.tar</strong>, the docker image can be obtained by running a CLI command: <code>docker load --input docker_image_koch2021a.tar</code>. Then the corresponding docker container can be started by running: <code>./docker_dumux-dualnetwork.sh open</code>. For further details, one may follow the <strong>Installation with Docker</strong> and <strong>Execution and Reproduction</strong> sections in the <strong>README.md</strong>.</p> |
